Beginning with a comprehensive & thorough assessment, each patient is taken on a journey within the AMI vision, one of total & overall care. While ensuring a results-based  & dynamic approach to aesthetic medicine throughout, we prioritise a constant emphasis on each patient’s overall wellbeing.

Upon entering the clinic & stepping in to the AMI approach, each patient comes under the care of Dr. Harnett, the clinics Founder & Medical Director whose unique method is unparalleled within the space. With years of training Dr. Harnett has trained under the most advanced and world recognised Academy and Mentors in the field of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Harnett spent over a decade in third level education and is always furthering her knowledge to enable to most advanced and clinical evidence based procedures to her clinic. Dr. Harnett started her University education in UCC where she completed a BSc(Hons) in Physiology. She then moved to the UK and trained and worked as a Dental Nurse whilst making the decision to go on to study Medicine or Dentistry. After working in Dental Practice she decided to pursue Dentistry and completed a 6 year BDS and Foundation Training in Scotland on the NHS and in Private Practice in Scotland. After that Dr. Harnett went on to study Aesthetics in Harley Academy for 2 years and a further Mentorship with the renowned Dr. Lee Walker. Dr. Harnett is currently completing her MSc in Aesthetic Medicine in Queen Mary University, London. Dr. Harnett is entirely devoted to continued learning & evolving as the industry continues to advance & is ever expanding in her expertise through research & advanced trainings while continuously remaining rooted in her own philosophy that positive ageing is achieved on the journey & intersection of medicine, art & technology.

Dr. Ninnette de Klerk

Dr Ninnette de Klerk is a medical doctor with advanced qualifications in aesthetic medicine and dermatology, known for her refined, natural approach and commitment to evidence-based patient care.

Originally from South Africa, Dr Ninnette owned and managed her own multidisciplinary clinic before relocating to Dublin in 2021. With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, skin health, and patient care, she has developed a reputation for thoughtful treatment planning, attention to detail, and achieving elegant, natural-looking results.

Her approach combines medical expertise with an artistic eye and a strong focus on individuality. Rather than following trends or over-treating, Dr Ninnette believes in subtle, carefully considered treatments that support skin health, confidence, and graceful ageing over time.

Dr Ninnette has extensive experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, and weight management, with a particular interest in the relationship between overall health, skin quality, ageing, and facial changes associated with weight fluctuations and modern weight-loss therapies. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and well through personalised, long-term treatment strategies tailored to their unique goals and lifestyle.

Her areas of expertise include injectables, regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatments, skin rejuvenation, threads, energy-based devices, and dermatology consultations. She is particularly passionate about combination treatments and creating bespoke treatment plans that address both skin quality and structural ageing in a balanced and natural way.
